Story Behind the Painting

Bottled Blooms began as an experiment.

For a long time I found myself reaching for the same familiar color palettes. With this painting I wanted to step outside that comfort zone and explore combinations I wouldn’t normally use together. Instead of overthinking the outcome I simply allowed myself to play.

The different vases became small stages where each group of flowers could have its own personality while still feeling connected as one composition. As the painting evolved I realized that some of my favorite discoveries happen when I stop trying to control every decision.

Bottled Blooms is a reminder that creativity often begins with curiosity. Sometimes the most rewarding ideas come from giving yourself permission to experiment.
